Returns And Refunds
We want to make sure you are happy with your order from Bânu Magnifique. If, for whatever reason, your purchase does not work out, we will gladly help you exchange it, or provide an online store credit or refund. Our return process has been made even easier with brand new drop-off locations in Canada; simply submit a request via our return portal.
You will have 30 days to return your item(s). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
You can exchange or return items that meet our return policy (see above) via mail-in or package- and label-free dropoff at ReturnBear locations across Canada. Our new drop-off return option means you won’t need to repack items or print off any shipping labels, and you’ll be able to instantly return your item - no more wondering when we will get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is another small way that we can employ more sustainable practices at Bânu Magnifique.
Alternatively, if you choose the mail-in option, the return postage fee will be subtracted from your refund.

FOR US CUSTOMERS
If you need to make a return or exchange from the United States, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you. You may use our self-serve return portal to make your return and download a customs-ready shipping label. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. *Drop-off return options will be available soon for our US customers.
