Erin Shakespear

Born in North Vancouver, B.C., Erin's artwork has been greatly impacted by her love of nature, and time spent making up fairy tales in the forest. She attended Simon Fraser University for 3 years, studying Visual Arts, where she developed a conceptual practice, followed by a 5 year interim spent developing her health and fitness career. This time spent in wellness deeply impacted her work by opening her up to a practice of self reflection, and themes from her own inner world often show up in her work today.
